MDC 75mm T2 - Rowan Fell to near ground level T5 - Birch Reduce height by 2m and prune away from neighbours property to get 2.5m clearance. MDC 50mm A2 - Birch Crown raise to 2.5m over parking area to the south, reduce height and spread by 1.5m Reason for works: T1 - To contain a large tree and keep BT cable free from branches T2 - Tree is in decline with a large portion of the crown now dead. Bark necrosis on main stem. T3 - To contain tree and keep it away from neighbours house as it now touching. A2 - Tree is now overhanging car parking area and causing a nuisance, reduce to contain.
