I would like to raise various concerns with this application the property is situated on Town Hill where the majority of houses are older in construction and on a busy village road which is used daily by many parents for school drop offs and collection the road regularly becomes blocked in the mornings and afternoons around drop off and collection times as the main route to the primary school (school lane is oppose slight up) from the house to add another new dwelling would not be in keeping with the current properties and their large plot sizes.

Adding another property in this area would further reduce the parking around school times and this is already an issue for various people within the village and the residents of this application

The dwelling proposed is within the Conservation area and would look to remove some of the original boundary hedging and habitat for wildlife

The proposed dwelling would be overbearing and not in keeping with the current area

Loss of privacy, light and overshadowing of the adjacent dwelling a family home

The loss of a garage area for the large existing property will mean that at least 4 parking spaces will need to be in place 2 for existing and 2 for proposed new build this will then impact on the entrance of the neighbouring property and also the loss of 2 parking spaces available on the road outside the house for use by public which is already limited whilst school drop off and collection

I do not support this outlined planning application for another dwelling within this location
