I have major concerns over this application, the original garage was at the edge of being acceptable under the BS5837:2012, this new proposal will but the garage and associated driveway well within and to unacceptable level, the canopy and RPA of protected(TPO), significant and historic trees. This proposal is therefore unacceptable on tree grounds

RESPONSE: The application was considered at the meeting of West Hill Parish Council on 16th January 2018. Councillors were concerned that the proposed garage encroaches on the root protection area. For this reason, it was resolved not to support the application.
